How we work

We offer month to month ad management services, one off projects and custom packages for service businesses in Australia.

Cross-platform packages as the standard​

Our ad management packages are based on your level of ad spend, not per platform. That means Google, Meta, Microsoft and beyond are included as one advertising management service. 

Which means you're not locked into a single channel or paying separately to test something new.​

 

When an opportunity appears for our clients, we take it.

What to expect

We start with understanding your business

Before starting, we get to know your business through asking a series of questions. But we don't leave it there. As part of our work, we put together a buyer blueprint mapping the buyer journey, their pain points, motivations and triggers. 

We combine this with your unit economics, which is the calculation of your service margins, if there is a repeat rate and integrating it into your advertising strategy. Which means we're not assuming we know your business, based off other businesses we've worked with in the past. 

Transparency for all work

We use a range of digital marketing tools, to ensure ​you're across the work that we're doing (although we don't expect you to use them). They're there if you want them. We'll always communicate proactively via email, or any communication preference you prefer.

  • Asana is used for project management (know what we're doing and when)

  • DashThis and Motion are used for live dashboards that you have access to

  • Calendly for your own scheduling link, whenever you want to book a call ​

Active management

We know our clients' accounts inside and out, that's because we're actively reviewing them on a consistent basis. We believe in this strongly enough that it's written into our contracts, meaning we're contractually obliged to review our clients accounts regularly (by a person, not a rule or AI).  

Conversion tracking, which is how we communicate to the ad platforms​ 

The foundation of digital advertising is conversion tracking. Over the last few years, tracking has evolved dramatically. We get this right from the start. If your tracking needs fixing, we handle that through one off projects where pricing is based on complexity, including the number of domains involved and the level at which tracking occurs e.g. web based, server or offline.​

How we use AI in our work

It's a big topic across every industry, and one that we believe needs to be addressed from the start. While Seed and Arrow uses AI to support our work, we will never directly connect any ad account, or upload any sensitive data to any LLM (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity or similar).
